White-Glove Delivery: Delivered to your room of choice, including unpacking, assembly, and removal of packaging.

Scheduling & Preparation:

- Ensure paths are clear and measure doorways for smooth delivery.

Delivery Day:
- Standard: Items placed at your door or ground floor.
- White-Glove: Items delivered, unpacked, assembled, and set up.

Inspection & Issues:
- Inspect items upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.

Refund Policy

2. Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must be met:

  2. All original packaging and accessories must be included.

3. Refund Procedure: If your refund request is approved, a 30% restocking fee may be applied, and you will be responsible for covering the return shipping or delivery fees.
