CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Timeframe for Cancellation
To ensure fast processing, all cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of placing your order.

Order Confirmation & Payment
After placing your order, a Home Store Furniture representative may contact you to confirm details and accuracy.
Your payment is considered confirmed either:

Immediately upon checkout, or
-
After the 48-hour cancellation window ends
(whichever occurs first).
Cancellation Fees
Within 24 hours of purchase:

Full refund (no fees)
-
Exception: If the item has already been picked up from the manufacturer, reached our warehouse, or is in transit, fees will apply.
After 24 hours:
-
3% non-negotiable processing fee
If the product is already in our possession, in transit to us, or ready for delivery:
-
70% refund (covers processing, transportation, and handling)
-
Delivery fees are non-refundable
If the product has NOT been prepared for delivery:
-
97% refund if payment has been captured
-
100% refund if payment has not yet been captured
Special Orders & Imported Items
Many of our products are special orders, custom-made, or imported from Turkey.
These orders become non-cancellable once:

The manufacturer begins production, or
-
The shipment is in transit to Home Store Furniture
Shipped/Transit Items:
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. A 30% restocking fee plus return shipping costs may apply.
Merchant’s Inability to Meet ETA
If Home Store Furniture cannot meet the estimated time of arrival (ETA):
Full refund (minus 3% fee) applies only if:

The order is cancelled before the item is in transit to our warehouse or your address.
30% cancellation fee applies if:
-
The item is already in transit.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Ownership of Merchandise
If a refund or chargeback is issued:

Ownership of the merchandise automatically reverts back to Home Store Furniture.

You are responsible for returning the item in original condition.

Failure to return merchandise may result in legal action.
RETURNS
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility Requirements

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Items must be new, unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging

All parts, accessories, and hardware must be included

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required. Contact us at (703) 559-5596 to obtain one.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Final Sale or Special Order items
-
Mattresses, foundations, bedding, pillows, linens
-
Individual pieces of a sectional
-
Rugs once opened
-
Any modified, assembled, or damaged items
Restocking & Fees
Restocking Fee:
A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Return Shipping:
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If you would like us to arrange pickup, please call us for an estimate.
Additional Fees May Apply For:

Missing parts

Damaged packaging

Refused deliveries

Incorrect or invalid delivery addresses
Return Process

Returned items must reach us within 20 days from the RMA date

Restocking fees and delivery fees will be provided in writing before processing

Refunds are issued after inspection by our team or a third-party partner
Full Refunds May Not Be Issued If:

The item is used, assembled, damaged, or altered
-
The original packaging is missing or damaged
-
The RMA number is not included
-
Damage occurs due to shipping carrier mishandling (a carrier claim must be filed)
